Activities
All activities are carried through a cross-section of Church volunteers
We visit all prisons in the state of Maharashtra
Especially in Bombay, Pune, Nasik and Kolhapur
Offering Care & Counselling to inmates
Conduct regular Bible Studies & Bible/Tract distribution
Hold special services for christian inmates for Good Friday, Easter & Christmas
For released ex-prisoners, we have a Rehabilitation programme at our
Community Centre in Nallasopara, north west of Bombay,
Under the care of a house master six released inmates learn about Christ,
sharing in the responsibilities of the home
cooking, cleaning, washing.
If they wish to work, we find them jobs,
if they intend to study, we enrole them
in professional trade institutions.
Our goal is to send them back to society
as law abiding Christians.
