Our History and Philosophy
Located in Northeast Philadelphia, Lehigh Christian Academy was established in 1977 as a ministry of Lehigh Baptist Church.Our goal is to provide children with an education based on academic excellence and Christian principles. We instruct our children to see that all the things of this world, and all who dwell in it, are the creation of God. Because we are His creation, we are accountable to Him.
Presently, LCA has classes for students that are pre-school to 8th grade.Small class size enables teachers to give each child the individual attention they need in order to their best. We emphasize the importance of the involvement of parents so that, working together, each child may be all that he/she can be - academically and spiritually!
