Mission statement
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on us, because the LORD has anointed us to Dance and Mimic(Mime) good news to the poor. He has summoned us to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives and declare release from darkness for those who are in prisons.
We dare to Dance and Mimic(Mime) the year of the LORD'S favor and the day of vengeance of our God, we aspire to comfort all who mourn, by demonstrating God's power threw the vehicle of Movement, Spiritual Weaponry, and silence.
It is Gods plan for us to instruct nations how to: exchange their ashes for Gods beauty, receive the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and put on the garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
Since we are in strategic partnership with the Holy Spirit, as we Dance and Mimic(Mime), we are rebuilding the ancient ruins and restoring places that have been long devastated, we are renewing the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.
For we are called oaks of righteousness, and a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.

Felicia Morrison affectionately known as "Fe" has been a faithful member of Victory Christian Center for over fifteen years. "Fe" has served on various ministries within V.C.C. but her passion lies in the area of "Dance & Mime Ministry". "Fe" has been a vital member of Orcheo Dance and Deliverance Ministry since it's inception in 1993.
While serving in the Dance Ministry "Fe" has had the opportunity to lead, train, and choreograph pieces while ushering others into the presents of the LORD. Fe's works included but are not limited to: We Have The Spirit of David, Now Behold The Lamb, The Prayer of Jabez, and the Mother Day Dance (2003).
Through out the years "Fe", has taken several leaves from the ministry to pursue and develop her additional callings: Wife (for over 9 years), Mother (for over 17 years), Nurse (for over 12 years), and a Prayer Intercessor (for over 2 years).
In addition, "Fe" is currently a Student at Wilmington College in Delaware, a dean's list scholar, "Fe" will be inducted into the Delta Epsilon Rho honor society in the fall/07.
