Our Mission
To impact families through both prayer and acts of intercession. The end result being the unification and stabilization of a God-centered family that will become a positive influence in the community.
Our History
Save The family was started in 1989 as a prayer group meeting weekly to intercede for broken and dysfunctional families within our own extended family. The group was soon joined by close friends and neighbors who shared the same burden. In 1991, doors began to open for the group to carry out acts of intercession to assist families in crisis. The group began to minister in homeless shelters, senior centers, and nursing homes, meeting both spiritual and physical needs. In 1995, the group was incorporated as a non-profit charitable organization. In 2003 the group was granted 501(c)3 status.
