Background of our ministry

The ministry was founded in 2002 in Addis Ababa based on the vision God has given us.The founder is an brother Kebede Molla who spent about 15 years on preaching, teaching, pastoring and coordinating churches in various parts of our country-Ethiopia.

Objectives

1.General evangelism, especially Muslims evangelism
2.Missionaries training center
3.Missionaries sending to neighboring countries such as Somalia, Sudan, Djibouti, Eritrea and Inland.
4.Planting Churches 5Distributing spiritual published material and audio-visual cassettes. 6.Giving distance education

Activities

1.Made crusades more than five times and conferences for about ten times. 2.Planting ten churches. 3.Trained more than 80 ministers. 4.Distributed 2,000 Bibles and almost 20,000 tracts. 5.Preached Gospel and about 3,000 people were born again them 250 were Muslims. 6.Giving distance education for 100 ministers

Strategies

1.Making crusades and conferences in urban and rural areas in cooperation with evangelical churches. 2.Training and equipping missionaries and sending to unevangelized areas here in country and abroad. 3.Distributing literature products written in various languages and audio-visual cassettes. 4.Making one - to - one evangelism. 5.Giving training in our centre for ministers who have vision. 6.Giving distance education.

Statement of Mission

1.Being diligent worker for 40% Muslims community in Ethiopia so as to hear Gospel and born again. 2.In cooperation with other churches, evangelizing 41 tribes in our country. 3.Sending ministers who have got good result to neighboring countries such as Somalis, Djibouti, Eritrea and Sudan in order to plant churches. 4.Building God's kingdom by calling people to Jesus Christ. 5.Fastening the second of Jesus Christ by preaching the Good News. 6.Making ready ministers and leaders who take responsibilities.

Statements of Faith

1.We believe that the Bibles God's inspired word, written by the guidance of the Holy Spirit through men, without error in every way. We believe that the Bible has 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New Testament, 66 books in all.

2.We believe that God's one who has revealed himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the same in essence and every divine perfection, but different in function and distinct in personality.

3.We believe that God the Son in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Son of God the Father, the creator of the world, perfect God and perfect man with the two natures united in one person when He was born of the virgin Merry. He lived a sinless human life, performed divine miracles, and died an atoning, redeeming death. He was raised from the dead in power and glory, as ceded, and is seated at the right hand of the Father in glory and will come in glory and power to judge the living and the dead.

4.We believe that man was created in the image of God. Because of his sin man became a sinner. For this reason rage of God is upon him.

5.We believe that man is not saved by his merits, but when he repents and trusts in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ he will be born again, will became the Son of God, win be declared righteous through the grace of God, will be able to live a holy life through the power of the Holy Spirit, will not perish, but will live eternally.

6.In the true believers, Holy Spirit dwells and enables them to have an image of life. Believer is baptized by Holy Spirit and filled with often.

7.Those who are born again should be immersed and baptized in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

8.Believers take Lord's Supper for commemoration of the death, resurrection and second coming of Jesus Christ.

9.Those all who died in believing Jesus Christ and those who didn't believe shall raise from death. The former for eternal life where the later for judgment.

10.Those who believe in the truth of Jesus Christ have spiritual oneness. The power of their ministries is Holy Spirit and His gifts.

11.Based on the hope God gave us, we expect New Heaven and Earth which is filled with righteousness.
