Breaking the cycle of abuse
Abuse can destroy your relationships as well as your mind. The right to love and be loved is a God given right, abuse sometimes can make you feel you have no right to be loved; So the cycle goes on. Please seek help if you know you have been abused. Emotional abuse goes unnotice, but emotional abuse can do the most damage. I call this the silent killer. The words we speak to each other can be very deadly. We can change things when we speak against any kind of abuse. When you speak up you expose the abuse. Then the healing can began.
