GROUP REGISTRATION There is an opportunity for group registration. In a group registration of 10 person, there is a free registration of 1 person and a special seat will be given to the group leader. The group registration ends in May, 2005. SPONSORSHIP Note that the International Conference of Christians in Commonwealth Nations does not offer or entertain any request for sponsorship to the 1st International conference. Request for sponsorship should be directed to individual churches. HOTEL RESERVATIONS. There are limited free reservations for the first 20 persons that will register in a five star hotel in Abuja. There are good selection of hotels in Abuja and its environ, were delegates will be accommodated. Delegates are responsible for their accommodation payment, but the conference office will assist in making booking on behalf of the delegate. There are opportunities of hostel like accommodations, for those who cannot afford hotel accommodation AIR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT The conference has appointed a Timson Travel Agency to handle all travel arrangements. For those who wants airport pick up, should notify us before September 15, 2005. This should indicate - date of arrival, time, airline, flight number and departure. MEALS Note that your registration fee does not include meals; you can make arrangements for feeding at the hotels or at restaurants that are available near the conference centre. TRANSPORT The conference committee has arranged for vehicles that will be shuttling between the hotel and the conference venue. This will be available at a very nominal rate. As soon as you arrive, request for transport coupon. EARLY REGISTRATION Seats are arranged according to registration. So the earlier you register the better you are close to the front.
