HOW WE STARTED
The names of our organization are CHRIST LED MINISTRY (Pentecostal church) (address above) with a congregation of about 10 members which started in a school class room and grown up to hundreds of members at headquarters and two branches, one in Jesse town and another in Amukpe all in one state as at present:-
The ministry was founded on 25th January 1996.
OUR VISION STATEMENT:-
We are true church of Christ composed of people who are thirsty for God's kingdom with our faith in Christ and as an indivisible united group of believers (saints)bound by a common purpose of winning and restoring lives to God's original purpose.
We are to reach out to our cities,communities,Nations and the world for Jesus Christ winning souls and planting churches in our villages, cities, states and the Nations as whole.
In our fellowship, we worship the creator the almighty God through His son Jesus Christ under the actions of the Holy Spirit, giving the Lord His Pre-eminence position as the head of the church.
In every Nation and cities, Christ Led ministry would build capacity to reach out to the less privileged , the orphans, widows, and the handicaps and the sicks with foods items,Clothing, and medical, and gospel materials, which goes along- side with camp meetings, conference/seminars. Which will be supported with video projectors as well as engaging and empowering the poor sister churches and their visions:-
OUR MINISTRY COVENANT:-
Having been called by the spirit of God to receive the Lord Jesus Christ, as our Lord and savior, and the author and the finisher of our faith through the baptism in the name of the father, the son, and of the Holy Ghost.We do hereby in the presence of God the father, God the son,and God the Holy Spirit, and the angels of the Lord and His church/ministry,This day solemnly and joyfully enter into this covenant with the Lord and with one another as one body in Christ Jesus:-
We shall engage therefore by the help of the Holy Spirit to work together in Christian Love, to strive for holiness, and truthfulness for the advancement of the Church/ministry in knowledge to comfort, and to promote her prosperity and her, spirituality, and to sustain it's worship, ordinance, discipline and doctrines in the society:-
We shall also engage to maintain families,and educate our Children to seek the salvation of their souls, and to be just and faithful in their dealings,in the society, and to engage in preaching the gospel of Christ to others:-
More also we shall engage to watch over one another in Love, to remember one another in prayers and to aid one another in sickness, distress and to cultivate christian sympathy.and to be slow in taking offense and not to take any step of arrest among ourselves. but always be ready for reconciliation and be mindful of the rules of our Lord Jesus Christ, to secure it without delay:
We further pledge also to unites with some other Christian's bodies who preach the true gospel of Christ in the communities and the Nations as whole:-
