OUR MINISTRIES
Church planting In June 2002 we started church planting ministry. The Lord made possible for us to rent a house to live, carry out the ministry, and for the church to gather. Our worship timing is 10-11:30 am. While church planting is our concern, we do several things to reach this end, and to participate in the mission of God in building up His kingdom and our nation. The following are some of them. Counselling We offer various kinds of counseling, such as, family counseling, marital counseling, premarital counseling and guidance, etc. We provide Pastoral care and counseling to the sick, bereaved, suicidal, and substance abusers as well. Daycare In October 2002 we started a daycare facility for the children of the working mothers in the community. We have two children in the program currently, and hope to get a few more in a couple of months. Family Seminars Childrenfs club Cell Groups & Bible Teaching Personal visitation and cell group Bible studies have been our key mode of witnessing and nurturing people.
OUR OBJECTIVES
To establish the current church plant in two years time, and to encourage it to reach out to other parts of the city in multiplication, and thus serve as catalysts to creating a church planting movement in the region and beyond to participate in the fulfillment of the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ. POINTS FOR PRAYER 1. More people to accept Christ. 2. Leadership development in the church. 3. Opportunities for starting more cell groups. 4. We plan to hold another two family & marriage seminars in six months. 5. There are other needs, like musical instruments, and an overhead projector. 6. We also need a co-worker. HOW YOU CAN BE A PARTNER Please do pray for us regularly. If the Lord moves you to encourage us in any way and have a part in this ministry please feel free to talk to us. Introduce us to your friends and relatives to whom we can share the good news of salvation. Or whom you think can be benefited from the range of counseling we offer. Arrange for a cell group or childrenfs club in your area or at your home. Register for an up coming seminar.
