The New England Catholic News, Inc. is a non-profit apostolate (501-c-3) established in 1987. Its mission is to help defend and promote the faith of Catholic heritage and tradition through the media of social communication.The organization is non-sedevacantist, and adheres to the thrice-defined Catholic dogma of , "Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus". In addition to its regularly-published newsletters,it engages in other apostolic works such as use of billboards promoting the Traditional Latin Mass, educational pursuits, guest speaker programs, etc. This apostolate is dedicated to the mission of the salvation of souls, in keeping with Canon 1752 of the 1983 Code of Canon Law which states: "Lex Suprema Salus Animarum",i.e., that the supreme law of the Church is the salvation of souls.
