HEART FOR THE LOST Ministries is dedicated to inspiring, leading, and equipping the local church to reach the lost & unchurched and equip God's people for ministry. We do this thru a variety of ministry programs for all ages, seminars/training events, and ongoing ministry consultation. Programs are gospel-centered and include a variety of group participation activities. We minister through dynamic teaching, leadership training, worship, music, drama, puppets, and group-building. All programs and events are specifically designed to assist churches in planning, developing and doing ministry that will lead to growth in the body of Christ. We are a faith-based ministry and work with churches of all sizes and denominations. We are available locally in central Florida, regionally and nationally. WHO WE ARE:

Roger and Beverly Rench have extensive ministry experience working with children, youth and adults of all ages. Roger is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, teacher, writer, musician, worship leader and LCMS Director of Christian Outreach. Married 17 years, they are blessed with 4 wonderful children. Originally from the midwest, they base their ministry out of Sarasota, Florida. Roger writes both a weekly "Vision For Greatness" inspirational message and a daily "Mind Triggers" motivational thought; you can subscribe to these FREE lists at their website.
