B.A., Christian Counseling Center
B.A., Christian Counseling Center is a 501 C, non-profit, nondenominational Christian Outreach Ministry and Counseling Center. Since 1980, we have been providing Professional Counseling to the public with a Christian approach to mental wellness. We believe that our ministry is directed by the Holy Spirit and all counseling and healing is administered by Him. We offer individual, family and couples counseling for a variety of mental and emotional disorders to include anxiety, depression, uncontrollable anger and rage, addictive disorders, stress/PTSD, panic attacts, obsessive/compulsive disorders, MPD,and others. We offer seminars, retreats, prayer group fcilities and a weekly Healing Prayer Service. We charge a fee for individual counseling and we also accept insurance payments, however it has been our policy for 21 years to NEVER turn anyone away due to a lack of funds. Jesus is our Lord and co-founder.
Batterer's Anonymous
An separate part of our ministry, B.A. was formed in 1980 as a spin-off of the Battered Women's Shelter to minister to the men who are involved in domestic violence and have anger disorders. Our office is the National Service Office for this program. We offer group meetings for men and women in a 12 step format to resolve their anger and bring about a spiritual awareness. Our 12 step program is not unlike A. A. We are interested in helping anyone to form Anger Groups any where. Our purpose is to stop domestic violence and bring healing in the aftermath.
