Lighthouse Teaching Ministries seeks to prepare godly teachers and leaders for Christian service through a Bible-based ministry of disciplining and equipping the people of God.

After having studied the teaching Ministries in several churches over the past few years, having been a Christian educator of a local church and consultant to several other churches,and having served as an adjunct professor in Christian Education, it has become more obvious that a crises faces a number of our churches. The mainstream denominations have realized this and have begun to incorporate viable and foundational teaching into their total ministry efforts and practices in Christian ministry. Now you can sharpen your total ministry vision with trained consultants who are sensitive to your congregation's needs and mission. In considering whether your local congregation will benefit from Lighthouse Teaching Ministries, Inc. (LTMI), you are asked to perform a small needs analysis. Take a few moments and answer these questions: Are you really meeting the needs of the members of your congregation or are you caught up in univiting and traditional worship forms? Are mediocre teachers and leaders doing the work of the ministry? Are you a vibrant family of believers who have been equipped for ministry service or are you satisfied with serving one another?
