The purpose of this ministry is to promote trust, love people, enhance values, change through innovation, and guidance through fellowship based on Discipleship, Development and Direction. Mission Statement "Our mission statement is to reach youth for Christ by creating a healthy environment whereby Discipline, Character Development, and Direction are given to each child through teaching, training and relying on the Holy Spirit to empower and equip them to be productive citizens of society." Theme "Where no wise guidance is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Theme Song "I believe I can Fly" Our Symbol "The Eagle" The eagle was selected as our symbol because we believe that our children can soar to great heights in this life with God's help.

Three-Dimensional Mentoring Ministry (3D's) is a nonprofit mentoring program founded in 1995 with the goal of providing male and female role models for Birmingham's inner city youth. Three Areas of Focus are: *Discipleship *Development of Character *Direction for the Future - 3D's Recruits Mentors Through: *Networking *Local Churches *Area Civic Organizations *i.e. Mothers Against Violence - - 3D's Evaluation & Training of Mentors and Mentees - [*On going Training through Workshops, Seminars & Etc.] [*Monthly Progress Reports] [*Program Assessments.] -Founder/President Lillian J.
