More About Us . . .
Thom & Penny Cooper have been ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ together for over ten years. They have four grown children and one grandson, who is the apple of their eye.
Thom is a 1987 graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, and has also received degrees from Impact International School of Ministry in Huntsville, AL. During the past ten years, he has been pastor of two Southern Baptist Churches in the Roanoke-Bedford areas of Virginia, Minister of Pastoral Care at Impact Ministries and Director/Teacher at Impact International School of Ministry.
Penny is also a graduate of Impact International School of Ministry and holds both a Minister of Theology and a Bachelor of Theology degree. She held a staff position at Impact Ministries for several years. She has also had extensive experience as a youth pastor in both denominational and non-denominational settings.
Together, they have pioneered two home churches in the Tidewater area of Virginia, and were co-pastors of Anchor Ministries, a non-denominational church in Front Royal, VA.
Since relocating to Central Florida in the Fall of 1997, they have been heavily involved in developing a pastoral care and relational ministry at Family Bible Church in Eustis, FL. Thom and Penny are currently Associate Pastors at Family Bible Church and have as their ministry goal to help people learn how to experience and enjoy happy, stable, fulfilling and meaningful relationships.

In their seminars, workshops and counseling, the primary goal of their ministry is to teach and demonstrate to people the overwhelming love that God has shown to all mankind through the finished work of His Son, Jesus Christ, in His death, burial and resurrection, so that through believing and receiving that divine, self-sacrificing, unconditional love, they might be made whole. This is how people can have meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
