Mission Statement
We are to reprieve the lifeline of health, prosperity, and salvation to the widowed, orphaned, and poor by establishing and defining "On-location" missionary needs.
As a ministry we are attempting to 1)obtain supplies, food, clothing, and other necessities through local benefactors for the staple needs of specified missionaries. 2)We are supporting, aiding, and assisting the needs of these missionaries. 3)Thirdly, by assisting these missionaries the can, in turn, support, aid, and assist the needy, poor, and desperate of their region.
We want to help build, establish, and maintain the mandate on those who are on the frontlines of missionary work while we are still in our time of perparation.
We are declaring God's love, compassion, and mercy to the world through the window that remains open by God.
Deuteronomy 15:10-11, 13
"You shall give to him freely without begrudging it; because of this the Lord will bless you in all your work and in all you undertake. For the poor will never cease out of the land; therefore, I command you, 'You shall open wide your hands to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor in your land'. . .And when you send him out from you, you shall not let him go away empty-handed."
Personal Info On The Ministry:
Hello, my name is Brooklyn, and TriCord was a "revelation" ministry that God gave me. TriCord is a ministry based around College Students and there desire to help and serve those who are currently involved with changing the world. We focus mainly on missionaries and their needs. This means that we would like to help missionaries with their own private, essential needs, and also with the needs that their mission field requires also. Orphanages, half-way houses, missionary sites, etc..these are all ministries that we, as a ministry, would like to help.
As a ministry we send out "boxes of mercy," which consist of the essentials that were requested. Needs such as: clothing, food, tools, utensils, etc for the missionaries, and also for the people they are reaching.
We are doing this by involving the community that surrounds us, and allowing them to get involved with changing the world. TriCord consist of many different college age students. Their are many different majors, backgrounds, desires, and visions, but we come together with one focus, "to help change our world while still in our season of preparation."
Our goal is to obtain contacts with missionaries in need of assistance, and supply them for as long as God allows the door to remain open. Thus, we would like to have request sent to us via email, phone, and/or letters. In the meantime we are searching for those we can help with our resources.
