Who Is David Stanley?

Raised in Graceland Mansion from the age of four, David Stanley became a member of Rock and Roll's first family on July 3, 1960 when his mother, Dee Stanley, married Vernon Presley, Elvis Presley's widowed father.

By the time David was 21 years old, he had already experienced the kind of life most people only dream about. From 1960 to 1977, he lived, grew up with, and eventually worked for his world-famous step-brother, Elvis Presley, as his personal aide and bodyguard.

Today, David Stanley is a powerful speaker and best-selling author. His gift of communication and personal experiences make him one of the most sought after speakers in the country. He has been featured in such publications as LIFE and NEWSWEEK magazines and has appeared on almost every national news and entertainment TV show including Good Morning America, Live with Regis and Kathy Lee, Unsolved Mysteries, and Larry King Live.
