1 Cor 1:18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Lord's Gym has been honored by special guest appearances of several professional athletes: Dave Stewart, Dennis Eckersley, Steve Ontiveros and Scott Brosius. Lining the walls of the Lord's Gym are pictures of professional athletes serving as positive role models. Along with these pictures are signed memorabilia addressed to the youth. Our goal is to motivate people, specifically our youth, to achieve their destiny. Our desire is for the youth to know they were born with a purpose, that they are special and not some accident. It has been said, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." At the Lord's Gym we encourage people of all ages to know their purpose and to stand for what's right!
MTV NOT GIVING ANY ANSWERS ? EVER WONDER WHY YOU WERE BORN? DID YOU KNOW; The two most important days in your life, 1. The day you were born. 2. The day you find out what you were born to do!!! The day you were born made you a living soul and that made you valuable and important. The day you find out what you were born to do gives you purpose. What does a person profit, if they gain everything the world has to offer, and yet they lose their own soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for their their soul? Jesus said "your life is more valuable then this whole world." You weren't born to live and die, you were born for a purpose, that purpose is to have a relationship with the God who created you. Jesus is the only way to that relationship. John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me. Jesus didn't come to take away your fun, He came to take away your pain. He takes away the pain of your sin by giving us forgiveness when we ask Him to. Jesus came to give us life and that life more abundantly. All we have to do is ask him to forgive us. Rom 10:9-10 9 For if you tell others with your own mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and believe in your own heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in his heart that a man becomes right with God; and with his mouth he tells others of his faith, confirming his salvation. Finding the answers to the questions above is as simple as Romans 10:9-10 says. Pray this prayer: Heavenly Father thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to die for me so that I could receive forgiveness for all the wrongs I've done, Lord Jesus come into my life and be my Lord And Savior, I recieve your forgiveness. Thank you for loving me even when I didn't deserve it. In Jesus name I pray, Amen. I Jn 1:9-10 9 But if we confess our sins to him, he can be depended on to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong. [And it is perfectly proper for God to do this for us because Christ died to wash away our sins.] 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we are lying and calling God a liar, for he says we have sinned.(TLB) 2 Cor 5:17-21 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
