Band's Belief and Ministry

The Hilltop Washtub Blues Band is a spirit-inspired and spirit-led bunch of talented believers who have the common understanding and goal that the band is part of God's ministry to unsaved/unchurched people. Each is committed to be part of this ministry as the Lord leads. All the members enjoy different forms of music and are commonly bound by a love of God, music that extols God's love, music that spread's the Good News of salvation through the sacrificial obedience of Jesus Christ's death for our sins, and His gift of eternal life through Christ's resurrection from the dead. The members come from all over San Luis Obispo County and represent various churches in the Central Coast region of California. The band will perform almost anywhere in the county, but prefers to play where there are opportunities to reach unsaved/unchurched people...to use fun and music to touch lives for Jesus.
