Around the Nation W.O.M.A.N Reaching Out To Hurting Women From All Walks Of Life--- From the Penthouse to the Jail House… OUR MISSION Our mission at Whosoever Will Outreach Ministries is to reach out to hurting women from all walks of life Women addicted to drugs or alcohol Emotionally, verbal or physically abused women Women working in nightclubs and topless bars Homeless women Women working in the entertainment industry Any hurting or downtrodden woman and to minister to their physical and spiritual needs by offering them a listening ear, an arm to lean on, a shoulder to cry on and a helping hand. HOME WE PROVIDE Food and Clothing Assistance Extensive Database Referral System 24 Hour Care Line Ministerial Guidance and Prayer Support Groups HOME MINISTRY GOALS We want to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the woman who comes to us for help. Our goal is to provide the following services through an in-house residential facility. Spiritual training, counseling and support groups Medical and dental care Vocational training GED testing Work/study program Etiquette skills Dress for success Nutrition Budgeting skills Physical conditioning and aerobics Legal help as necessary Mainstream re-entry program Housing in order to assist those women who would like to change their lives to become healthy, positive and constructive members of our society-personally and professionally. We are in the process of contacting local corporations for fundraising assistance and resources, to sponsor or develop golf tournaments, Christmas card projects, bazaars, etc. We are excited about working with companies and future employers who want to sponsor women in the job training process. We at Whosoever Will are very excited and encouraged about the variety of ministry opportunities that are arising daily and wish to express our gratitude to you for your interest and support to help make this vision a reality. HOME ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR God gave Jackie Holland a vision and desire 10 years ago to reach out to abused and hurting women. This issue is very near and dear to her heart-she knows all too well the pain of abuse. First married at 15, she soon experienced the anguish of domestic violence. Her husband beat her regularly during their 4 years of marriage. She finally found the courage to leave him but a lack of healing in her own life led her right into 3 more abusive marriages. In her fourth marriage, with 5 children to care for and an unfaithful, abusive husband, she finally broke. In desperation, when her husband told her he was walking out, she shot him. Thankfully, he fully recovered. Jackie was arrested. At this low point, Jackie finally called out to God for help. Her life has never been the same. Even through the loss of her first-born son, Mike, in 1989, she kept her eyes on Jesus and His healing power. Jackie had to walk through this healing process alone- without support. She is burdened at the thought of another woman suffering alone, feeling abandoned, rejected, and used up. As a result of her experiences and her commitment to the vision God placed within her- to minister to hurting people, she has started many related ministries: Whosoever Will Outreach Ministries-a ministry outreach to hurting women. Restoration Care Ministry-a ministry outreach to the poor and needy. Widows' Outreach-support group for widows and senior single women. Prison Outreach-ministering to men and women in prison. Angel of Hope Television program-shown weekly on DFW cable access. Dancers Only-support group for exotic dancers only. Jackie is going out and making contact as chaplain to those in the sex industry. Jackie is available to speak at Churches Singles groups Ministry outreaches Civic organizations, etc. and is available to help others establish ministry outreaches in their areas.
