Spiritual Direction
Would you like to talk to someone about your spiritual life? Consider a spiritual director. We would meet on a regular basis (once every two weeks, or once a month) to discuss your relationship with God, prayer experience, spirituality and your life as it relates to your spirituality. We can help you pray and become more aware of your spiritual journey. Our male and female directors are compassionate companions.
Pastoral Counseling
Traditional psychotherapy in which much attention is given to a person's relationship with God. We work with all problems: relationships, anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief, character difficulties, sexual problems, etc. The Alexander Institute is multicultural and ecumenical.
