The Holy Catholic Church Territorial Prelature of the Philippines, is a Missionary Diocese of the Holy Catholic Church in the Philippines. The Diocese is composed of two Vicariates(Visayas and Mindanao). It has Two Parishes and four Quasi Chaplainces and twenty seven Mission Areas. It has two Pro-Cathedral, one is in Cabadbaran City and the other is in Dumaguete City. The Diocese has four Priest one is in Sabbatical Leave and a candidate for Diaconate.Two Mission parish in Asia is attach to the Diocese,one in Thailand and Vietnam.

The Prelature has two Religious order within the Episcopal Protection of the Bishop. The FHT or Fransican Hermits of the Theotokos and the Missionary Brothers of the Perpetual Help.

The Diocese has regular Sunday program in 103.9 Radio Natin Biliran hosted by the Bishop himself.
