Pastor Wiggins is the Founder and Pastor of the New Mt.Joy Family Worship Center.He has served in it's capacity for 45yrs.He is married to his beautiful wife of 49yrs. Eldress Lula M.Wiggins.He served as the Superintendent of the Suffolk District C.O.G.I.C for 28yrs.He now is the Administrative Assistant to The Prelate Bishop L.E.Willis,he also is the Regional Overseer of The Central Region of The Third Jurisdiction Churches Of God In Christ.Most of all he is a preacher,teacher,mentor,friend,a god fearing man.
