Pastor Bong's Message
Thank you for taking the time to visit our web site. We are a new ministry in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the vision of meeting the needs of the Filipino American community in the area. We hope to do this by planting a church that will be sensitive and relevant to the cultural background of the Pinoy.
My family and I have just moved here from Honolulu, Hawaii in June of 2001. Having just moved here, we do not have a group yet to start this church. We are currently looking and recruiting for people who will become interested in becoming part of the core group to launch this church in December, 2001.
This church is going to be a vibrant community of Christian believers celebrating and worshiping God for who he is and what he has done; caring for one another; building one another into Christian maturity; and reaching out to our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ for the Whole Person and the Family!
We believe that the person and work of Jesus Christ will make a difference in a person's life. It is summed up in a name given to Him before his birth:"Immanuel" which means "God with us" Matthew 1:23. While there are many ways to describe how Immanuel relates to people of all generations, Dr. Albert B. Simpson, founder of the Christian and Missionary Alliance of which we are a part, summarized "God with us" as Christ as, our Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
Savior - We believe that every individual must make a personal decision to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and be born again by the Spirit of God. We regularly give invitations for people to publicly accept Jesus Christ and baptize new believers by immersion.
Sanctifier - We believe that every born again Christian must earnestly desire to live as a disciple of Jesus Christ by obeying His word and by developing a surrendered, Spirit-filled life. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and it is He who gives spiritual gifts to believers and enables them to live a holy life.
Healer - We believe that Jesus Christ can miraculously heal even today. This healing is not limited to our physical illnesses but our spiritual and emotional illnesses as well. God uses doctors and medicine but we believe that nothing is impossible with God.
Coming King - We believe in the visible and bodily return of Jesus Christ to this earth. The Bible teaches that no one knows the exact date nor time of Christ's return. But we should be ready anytime he comes!
