The Trumpet is a monthly newsletter published by Reverend Sandra Moats. It contains mission projects, prophetic words, prayer concerns.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. The Holy Scriptures, I believe that the Holy Bible is the true Word of the Living God.
2. The Trinity, I believe that there is One True and Living God; who made heaven and earth and all creation in it. I believe that He is Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit, One God.
3. Redemption, I believe that man was created in the image of God and that all mankind are sinners and that Christ died for us. I believe that when one is born again by accepting Jesus Christ into his life those sins are forgiven.
4. Christian Life, I believe that having been cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ that we can be sanctified daily and become partakers of His holiness and live godly lives.
5. Water Baptism, I believe that water baptism in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost is an outward sign of an inward work. I believe that at that point one is baptized into the body of Christ.
6. The Lord's Supper, I believe in the observance of the Lord's supper by the use of the broken unleaven bread and the juice of the vine that we are receiving the body and the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is not to be taken in an unworthy manner.
7. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit, I believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is the infilling of the power from on high to help the believer witness and in general more fully equip the believer.
8. Divine Healing, I believe that divine healing is the power of the Lord Jesus Christ to heal the sick today in this hour of time.
9. Deliverance, I believe in deliverance for the captives who have demonic problems whether it be a believer or non-believer.
10. The Second Coming of Christ, I believe that the second coming of Christ is imminent. That He will descend from Heaven with a shout in the clouds of glory. I believe that no one knows the hour of His appearance but we should be aware of the signs of His coming.
11. Heaven, I believe that there is a paradise where we will be when we leave earth until the final judgement then I believe there will be a new heaven and earth of which we will have a part for all eternity.
12. Hell, I believe there is a real place that is Hell where unbelievers wil go upon their death here until the final judgement, then they will be judged and go to the Lake of Fire for all eternity.
13. Tithing and Offerings, I believe that the method ordained of God to sustain His mninistry is tithing, meaning one-tenth of your income to the storehouse where yo are fed spiritually. I believe offerings are a free will gift to a special part of the Lord's work.
14. Civil Government, I believe we are to obey the laws of the land and to pay taxes where they are due. We believe we are to respect and to pray for all leaders in authority, for all authority comes from God.
