Calvary C.M.E. Church is a Bible centered, Christ focused, Spirit led congregation in Jersey City, New Jersey. Although the Church has a two-part history, it has served Jersey City since 1858. Calvary became a part of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in 1938. Today Calvary C.M.E. Church is a House of Prayer, a shrince for worship and a beacon of hope for Jersey City.
