ABOUT OUR CHURCH

Welcome to Greater Love Church of God in Christ! We rejoice in the knowledge that God has crossed our paths today! We do not believe you have joined us today by accident. Jesus established the church to be a community of precious people that would communicate His love to the world. We believe you will sense that Greater Love Church is a compassionate and caring church family. We hope you will consider being our special guest this Sunday. We want you to experience a small part of our love as you participate during your visit. Feel free to participate with us in worship, fellowship, and teaching of God's Word. We have the following ministries working in our church: Women's Ministry, Men's Ministry, Single & Couples Ministry, Outreach Ministry, New Member Classes, Sunday School Classes, Bible Study Classes, Music Department, Youth & Teen Ministry, and Children Church.

PASTOR’S CORNER

For those of you that are going through, regardless of your situation, you can come out of whatever you are in because the devil is a lie. Someone is thinking Pastor Blackwell you don't know what I am going through and what I'm in and I don't want to know because the devil is a lie. The word of God says, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion walketh about, seeking whom he may devour," 1Peter 5:8. Satan is always seeking to oppress, depress, confuse, and doubt what God has left on record for his children. Just a few scriptures to help you go to the next level: 3 John 2:2 - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thou soul prospereth. 2 Corinthians 4:3 & 4 - But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. If you are saved then you must believe what God said about his word: Isaiah 55:11 – So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper whereto I sent it. Mark 11:23 & 24 – That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive, and ye shall have.
