We, the Congregation of Victory Christian Center Church, commit to being an active part of the body of Christ in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We have accepted the commission from Jesus Christ to preach the gospel, cast out demons and lay hands on the sick, by which He has empowered us to do as His ambassadors, both at home and abroad. We are a church of believers growing together and reaching out to all the world, through supporting ministries, missionaries, training and sending out of saints.
