Glenn that there was <BR>indeed, a need for a ministry whereby small and medium sized <BR>churches could have a covering without being drained of the <BR>resources needed so badly for day to day ministry and survival.

<BR>in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky
<BR>I.C.M.I. host "Outpouring Crusades" and Conferences from
