This dinner will be styled like a cotillion. A Cotillion has traditionally been a ball at which young ladies are presented to society. In this instance we will be including our young men and it will not be a ball but a formal dinner

Each father is asked to escort his daughter. Mothers are to escort their sons.

There will be a ceremony in which the parent will walk with the youth to a designated spot where the youth will be presented to the audience have a short biography read about them including their goals in life. They will be given a symbolic token gift.

Girls should wear a white formal. Modest apparel is requested. I am asking that the dresses not be low-cut in the front or back and that each have short or long sleeves)

Young men should wear black tuxedos, or dress apparel. There will be a meeting for at least one parent or representative and the youth on May 29th directly after Tuesday evening service. At this meeting I will answer any questions you have and pass out tickets to be sold.

Children are asked to sell 5 tickets each. I am hoping that the young people will be able to eat free. But I am not sure if that will be possible. The tickets will be $20.00 each. Donations are in order if people desire. The more donations we receive will enable us to allow participants to eat free.

There will be at least one meeting for all participants that will allow us to practice a special presentation for that night.

After the dinner we will proceed to Saints Home COGIC for the District Young People's Service. We want the district to see our beautiful youth.
