With this form you may apply to enter your charity into our directory. If you do not have an existing Web page, then you may apply for one by clicking here. You may choose to make future changes on your own for free, or to have Net Ministries make custom changes for you. Another form is available permitting you to update the information.

As a Christian organization chartered to provide a service to other Christian organizations we need to know that your organization holds traditional Christian beliefs. Before proceeding please check this button indicating your organizations affirmation and belief in the Christian faith as reflected in one of the oldest and most universally accepted statements of faith, the Apostles' Creed.
